Why though???

I don't understand why you guys would give us a taste of a cookie then take it back ,last month I was allowed to reverse my telkom debit order,same amount nothing has changed but apparently this month I can't reverse it ,why ?can someone call to explain this ,its too much admin going to the branch ***
