Why stand at the door?
<p>I walk into Capitec today to open an account for my son. Mimi at the door asks a series of questions which I answer. When I get to the consultant, I'm not allowed to use my bank Capitec Bank statement as proof or residence. THIS AFTER A 30MIN WAIT IN THE QUEUE!!!! Mimi then says I misunderstood her!???</p>
