Why must i wait 7-14working days for money they see paid

I made a payment on one of my beneficiaries loaded on my app and it said its first for women account which i ugnored cause i have paid to the account last month on my Nedbank and it did not say that to my supprisr my beneficiary did not receive payment abd capitec tells me i paid to a starndard bank how to i pay standard bank and they will call starndard bank which will take 7-14 working days. Capitec bank is really nonsense and they want to tell me i authorised it offcause i authorised it cause it was suppose to go to my beneficiary
