why must i recoil and pay if i am a customer!!!!!!
i did a transfer on 30/12/2015 the sum of R520 to an fnb account.little did i know that the beneficiary closed his <br> fnb account. surely the money should have bounced back into my account?????<br> according to capitec i must pay a R100 to recoil the funds back into my account!!!! ***.. i am a capitec client for many years!! its just a money making thing!! i would like to know why my funds cant just bounce back???<br> both parties are blaming each other saying money not in their presence.( no one knows where money is)<br> surely this is theft?????? <br> please can someone assist me!!!
