Why lock my account

I reversed last month and they called made arrangements,now on Thursday a certain guy called me told him I am in no position to talk, he arrogantly told me to go to the branch then he dropped the call without saying why.

And I had cash in my account which I had saved for my daughter to go to the dentist.

Now today after she did XRays and all we tried to swipe the card to our astonishment the card declined several times and that was embarrassing as I had to told my wife there is money there ,now am looking like a **** to her , ended up going and reversing again because the child must take off tooth.
