Why Is my Statement a Secret even from me ?
<p>I have a loan with Capitec which I pay via debit order every month without fail for over a year. Despite being a good paying customer they are unable to send me a statement. I have emailed several times and they just ignore me. Would I be ignored if I started skipping payments ? </p>
