Why im being debited 8 days before payday, no agreement authorized for this debit!!

I'm a long standing customer . I've been trying to keep my credit life and score at best level. But only one bank always trying to tarnish my credit reputation. I've been given a limit on access facility , Earlier in the year i reduce it to half, Was so shocked to learn that I've exceeded the limit I'm currently on. That really affected my credit rating dismal. I don't understand how would that be possible and the system wont allow me to exceed my credit limit.

As if that was not enough,.. Capitec once more decided to debit my personal empty account on the 12 December without any agreement or permission. No call , email or sms as other entities would request to do an early debit . This happened in December 2024 as well. i see now it becomes a habit and this is really PATHETIC as one bank tries again and again to ***** my credit reputation. The only agreement i signed for was to be debited on the 20th, not even a day before that. I'm not really expecting such treatment from the reputable entity as your bank, unless there is a certain agenda I'm not aware of.
