Why does a payment arrangement department exist?
Good day
I took out a loan from Capitec last year and I was told that I will be covered when I'm retrenched. Middle March (2015) this year, I was retrenched. I send an email to the lady that assisted me last year to obtain the loan. She asked me to send everything through to her and I received an email to say that the process has started. She told me that I need to phone the payment arrangement department to make an arrangement as the payout can take up to 3 months. I phoned the payment arrangement department and made an arrangement of R200 per month as from end May.
The debit order was set to go of on 25 March, but the amount that went of was R3 199.95 (and the actual installment is R3 188.73), but the debit order could not go through as there was only enough money in the account for the R200 arrangement that was made. This morning my brother paid money into my account for my medical aid debit order that will be going off tonight and as soon as the money was paid in, Capitec took R3 199.95, so now my medical aid debit order will bounce and I can't afford to be without medical aid.

Please can I have my money back? The arrangement was for R200.
