Why did I take so long to switch to Capitec?

Opened my Capitec account about 3 years back and love dealing with such a dynamic organisation. Quick, professional service, low banking fees and everything works with no hassles. Cancelled my children's accounts with Standard Bank and opened Capitec accounts and busy doing the same with my husband's personal and business accounts. Kudos Capitec, lovely to see South African businesses looking after their customers.
