Why Capitec???
Good day,
My soon to be Mother in-law paid money from her Capitec to my Capitec account for a car we were supposed to purchase a car. ***** detection immediately put hold (RTC HOLD) on the money. I don't have a problem with that. We have done everything they asked for and still not getting the money back. I went from branch - branch submitting everything they needed. I received a message that it will be resolved in 4hours. It's been 12 hours later still nothing.
We paid a holding deposit for the vehicle we were supposed to purchase, we lost it (R15 000).
