Why cant i usr my own money

So this stupid bank ***** money from you and they think thus is right by them. I realy need someone from this *** bank to phone me and pmease tell me why i cant use my own money in my credit card. If i do t receive any feedback from this bank i will take this to the media and expose yoy for the robbing bank you are

No this matter has not been rosolved. I just checked my statement and it still shows the R350 availability. Why can i use my own money? I swear to God i will take this further and bieve me i will not rest till the guilty parties are exposed. I cant believe that a bank as big as Capitec wants to refuse me to use my own money
