I'm breastfeeding and had to wait long for someone to get us and my baby screaming because I can't buy food after running out of breast milk. I called 086.....ran out of airtime as I cannot buy more, my cellphone app is also blocked. You people will one day have a serious crime to answer to because someone will not be able to buy airyime and call for help because of such irresponsible ways you do business. No one warned me else I would have left your services if you feel I'm not needed, its that simple. YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY BANK so we do have choices sies!!! And we are running out of baby nappies....so must we drive quickly to the nearest branch and ask for your staff 's uniform to wrap around my baby??
