where the hell is my money

hi im a customer with capitec for more than 2 years now and im very disappointed at the people who is investigating about my money.r740 was withdrawed without my knowledge and no one can tell what exactly happend to my money they only rep**** with that my claim is denied what the hell where did my money go to i hope u can sort this matter immediately because i need my money i went in to westgate branch and they helped me very nicely i just want to know where did my money go to and why can't anyone give me that information thanks in advance
