WHERE IS MY MONEY CAPITEC ???

I deposited a cheque for over R11,000 on Thursday 9th July, 2015 at about 10h00. I was told that special clearance will take 10 working days and will cost R75. Normal clearance will take 10 calendar days and will cost R12.....<br> <br> I then said that the time frame is about the same so I will not ask for special clearance but will wait for normal clearance...<br> <br> I phoned Capitec Head Office on Monday (11 days after the deposit) and was told that I was given incorrect information and that clearance takes UP TO 14 days...<br> WELL it is now FOURTEEN DAYS (14) and NO money in my account!!!! I have an urgent medical bill to pay and trusted the manager that this will take 10 calendar days!<br> <br> CAPITEC WHERE IS MY MONEY??? Am I going to be paid interest on this money?<br> <br> Can someone please let me know why I have not yet received my money????<br> <br> I do NOT want a call centre to phone or email or sms me with their standard replies....I need an answer as to exactly why my money is not in my account...
