WHERE IS MY MONEY??????
Thanks for not processing my r11,000 refund that was supposed to be in my account A MONTH AGO!!! Pathetic. I will be moving my money to another bank real soon.

30 Oct 2024, 09:02Update - I was told that my card was compromised... According to these idiots, somehow someone managed to change the account number to redirect a refund to their own account. The refund was from Amazon South Africa, acknowledged by Capitec, but never reaching my account. So I am wondering which Capitec employee is enjoying spending my R11,000? Maybe you could provide the account number which received my refund so that I can prosecute? Or should I just open a case of theft and ***** at SAPS directly?
