WHERE DID MY EFT GO????

<p>On 20 January I made an EFT from Absa to a Capitec account. The payment was successful and the money deducted from my account. I was then informed that the beneficiery never received the payment. It is not appearing on her statement or her account, but the money was deducted from my account. We checked the account number - its fine. That amount is just missing. How can something like that happen??? I ordered a school shirt from someone who doesnt want to give me the shirt as the money is not reflecting and I am not willing to lay again as the money was deducted from my account. I need assistance in sorting this matter out. This is unacceptable. How can money just disappear into thin air???</p>
