Whatsapp chat service is horrible

Just received the most disgusting service from Capitec bank which has made me lose all trust in their security systems.

This morning I received a pop up notification on my app stating a Capitec consultant is trying to access my app, and I must enter my app pin to grant access. Naturally as I am at home and was not engaging with Capitec, I quickly clicked cancel. It popped up again and I clicked cancel again, then quickly went to change my app pin as a precaution. Shortly after I got a message on my app stating my service request has been completed, and message had whatsapp number for further queries.

I then chat to the agent on Whatsapp, a Luke on their number of ***. He then tells me I need to speak to collections, and gives me their number. I then go to collections and speak to a Nwabisa, who tells me this is for daily banking, and then ends the chat without asking if I need further assistance or anything like that. I go back to Luke and forward him what collections has said, he then tells me "it's a mistake and my account is safe". What mickey mouse show is being run there Capitec? I understand systems can have errors but what I expect is when I enquire, to be given a straight answer and assurance from the get go, not to be pushed around like a fool.

Do your staff understand they deal with people's money in a time where digital ***** is at it's peak.

DO NOT CALL me, just train your staff. Disgusting to think people are so nonchalant with their jobs in a country with such a high unemployment rate.
