WhatsApp bad service

I sent WhatsApp messages around 5pm and requested to chat to an agent. Tshego from Capitec decided it is okay to respond at 12:30 AM and close the query 30 minutes later, also sent the message to be rated which expired also in an hour, so Tshego M I came here to rate you and Capitec 0 because how do you even think it ok to respond to a query at midnight except it was sent around the time. So one has to go inside the bank even if you don't want to
