What's the point of email

I think Capitec has failed me I have been waiting for they email for my request coz I really need this form and Im at a place with no Capitec bank the closest branch is 350k's from where I am...what's the point of emails

Im really disappointed at the one bank that I trusted to do things right I had my faith in Capitec but clearly I was wrong. I lost confidence in you I even waste money to try and call u guys but I still didn't get help Im at a very small town in the Freestate with no Capitec branch I received a job just today. Tried emailing a form which needed to be signed by the branch only for one of the consultants to tell me they can't help me...wooow such a disappointment and Im 250 kilos from a branch n no money to travel
