What the hell is going on with capitec and it's taking forever to clear an eft almost 4 days now

I'm really ****ed off with the amount of time it's taking for a eft to clear from capitec to my fnb acc it's been almost 4days now, when will this money clear like seriously? I did two efts the 2nd a few minutes later I jus felt I should use the instant or rather immediate payment option I paid th R8 and boof the money was in however the 1st eft was a normal payment my question is why the hell isn't taking so long I thought I'm the only 1 my friend is waiting like almost 5days. I get that it was holiday's but this is a self service app that should be operational regardless time is money if a simple eft can't be done in time what's the point of using a bank with useless service and no efficiency and poor delivery service
