What the actual HELL CAPITEC???

Imagine being a PENSIONER that has a personal bank account and a savings account with Capitec for years, only to wake up one day to your accounts being blocked/paused. You are requested to furnish the bank with an affidavit declaring your income/s. You timeously submit the required affidavit, only to be further requested to submit proof of income, which you do, 4 TIMES, lease agreement (you're leasing out a house based in the location) which you explain the circumstances of. Your accounts have been paused for 4/5 weeks, even the consultants are clueless and can't provide soundful reason/s for pause, they only irritate and frustrate you further by keep on requesting for you to send them proof of your incomes. What the actual HELL???
