What's the use of an "payoff arrangement"?

<p>After being retrenched, I had to make a "payoff arrangement" on my loan account.. The arrangement was made for the last day of each month for x amount... on the very same day Capitec decided to debit my account without any AGREEMENT taking more than what was agreed upon, taking whatever was left in the account… leaving me with NO MONEY not even 5c...... what is the use of making a payoff arrangement if Capitec decides when and how much they will debit on any account??? And now it is the clients responsibility to go back to the branch only to be told, sorry I have send an email to reverse the debit order, not sure when and if Capitec will reverse it ... this makes one sick!</p>
