What my money back

On the 17th of February 2022 I was sold cars by a group called Wilson motors and paid money into their Capitec accounts of which after made payments that totals to 230 000 ***** department of Capitec bank same time saying those accounts are ********** accounts and have frozen them,they required me to go open a case nd submit it to them so that they can refund whatever is left from those accounts,I did that and submit it but since then everytime I went to the bank no 1 knows about case in fact there's no development and it's over a month now but no one is giving me anything.all I want to know was my money taken from the Capitec bank after I opened a case nd submitted to them?
