What method was used
Hi. I had 18 annual leave days when I resigned. My Rate per hour was R88.53. Which adds up to R12 748.32, and I had 3 days of time off overtime which should count 1.5 of my hourly rate. Which should be around R3000 or so. Please tell me how you got to R11 082.80 leave payout?
