What is used of paying credit insurance if doesn't help you?????

I made a claim(for temporary disability) on February after struggling to get the documents or forms that we required for claimed to be assessed.

After noticing that my claim was not taken seriously, I decided to lodge complain on hellopter(APRIL).I was than promised that the claim will take 6 months to be finalized of which it didn't make sense to me!! (why is capitec taking so long to assess the claim) because with other bank that I can not mentioned all my claim were finalized after 48hours of submitting all the requirement documents or maybe it capitec strategy of fooling people??

The consultant who was attending on my complain, has advice that the claim will be finalized after 6months,starting counting from the day I submitted the documents and I have submitted all required documents on February now it August I haven't received any communication from capitec.

I regret taking loan with capitec because I also know people who were retrenched and they tried to claim but capitec never respond on their claim instead the were blacklisted. I wish I can get somebody who can expose capitec cause I think you are the only bank that doesn't help client or take longer to finalized claims and am wondering what is used of paying insurance if doesn't help you!! I wanted to settle my outstanding balance but I have made up my mind I will not.. up until credit insurance pay certain percentage or bring all the money that I have paid from the day I took a loan therefore after I will settle my account
