What is the level of security for your funds with Capitec?

Capitec permitted Telkom, a creditor, to execute a debit from my account without my explicit consent. Currently, Capitec has stated that it is unable to recover the funds and has instructed me to contact the creditor directly to seek reimbur*****t. Furthermore, I am aware of another individual whose account was similarly debited by King Price Insurance without their consent. This situation raises a critical question: Is Capitec potentially colluding with creditors to withdraw funds from their customers?
