WHAT IS GOING ON WITH CAPITEC?????

First of all, I am NOT impressed with Capitec in Mookgopong after being with them for over 4 years. I want to open a business account, they told me it cant be done in a branch? When I tried to open one online, they send the OTP ALL 36 TIMES 10 minutes after the expired time to enter???

Second, I went to the branch today to ask a consultant how do I transfer fixed savings into my main account, and my consultant ROLLED HER EYES AT ME!?
