WHAT IS FIXED? *****
Capitec seems to be in the business of robbing people of there hard earned money my fixed deposit interest i received changes every month and this month R500 less was paid to me compare to the past 3 months. What does the term fixed deposit mean actually.... I want a explanation that describes the situation indeptly.
