took a small of R5000.00 at Capitec during 2015/2016 with insurance, Then I lost my job on 2016 July was my last payment. I went to Capitec bank in Eikestad mall to report that I am no longer working, so that insurance can take over with proof of unemployment, a lady name lean louw assisted me and took my documents and said everything will be alright. Now I was accepted to study at Boston city campus, I apply at Capitec for student loan, my application was denied due to my credit history, my name is on credit review. So, all this time I have been applying for jobs, it was you people who blacklisted me, because of your staff negligent, I was never employed since 2016, bursaries decline me application because of my name on credit beau. All this time and the rejection, it was all because of poor service and negligent, Please fix this this and you better make it up to me by cleaning my name, pay my full tuition in Boston city campus and whether it's a student loan or bursary.
