What does it take to get a response from Capitec Business??

1. I received a very ***** email from Capitec on 9/9/2024 Subject: Portfolio shared with you Email reads as follows: We would like to inform you that there is a new document in SigniFlow that requires your attention. It then prompts me to click on a button o open the document. I then contacted the call centre to confirm if this was legit or not. I spoke to Zodwa, who advised me to forward the email to Lizzy Lepele as she[Zodwa] could not confirm if the email was legit or not. I forwarded the email to Lizzy the same day Mon 2024-09-09 2:01 PM. She read the email on 10 September 2024 06:08:00. To date I don't have a response from her.

2. In April 2024 I reported suspected ***** on my account as I kept getting OTP SMS notifications to reset password which I never requested. This happened for two days. I reported this and I requested for my profile to be blocked as I suspected it was a *****ulent activity. I unblocked it the next day and 11 OTP notifications came through between 23:00 & 24:00 hours. I then went to the Maponya branch, where I contacted the call centre and spoke to one impatient lady, I kept repeating myself as she was not listening. I even had to ask her if we were fighting or what? She told me she will escalate my case to the ***** and they will contact me. To date I'm still waiting for feedback from them. On Friday, April 5, 2024 1:01 AM I sent an email to ***> to report this suspected ***** on my account. I still do not have a response.

What does it take or how much do I need to have for Capitec Business to respond?
