What a useless bank capitec is

My capitec bank account got blocked without me knowing the reason why it got blocked. I'm absolutely disappointed by the service received from capitec bank. I went to them the other day because of having difficulties using my banking app, that's when they told me my account got blocked because of the money that was transferred into my account and it was withdrawn immediately on the 5th of August 2021. Why did I not see that money??I went to then for about three times without any help.All they do is telling me to come back the next day because the person who was assisting me the other is in leave.

They're really slowing this thing. I can't even access my hard earned money it's been a week since i got paid and i haven't even used a cent from my own money. Why are they keeping my money away from me, i want it! I really nees that money that's in my account right now. It's so frustrating seeing a notification "CAPITEC MONEY IN +R....." but i can't even withdraw it.now I'm swimming in debts because of stupid ***** .
