what a poor service

i won't forget to be fooled around at Capitec Bank in Paarl Ladygrey Street by a consultant called Khotso who give me a very bad service . I got one of the tickets and I was told to sit down and wait in the long que to be called and I did as was told finally my number got called I got up to one of the consultant she told me that she will not be able to do the transaction in the computer I will have to go outside and que again.<br> I went to Capitec in Mbekweni Midway Centre same day they were able to assist me .
