What a pleasure!

On Friday 6 November 2015, I entered Capitec Bank in Heidelberg Mall to open an account. It was late afternoon and I was hot, tired and extremely irritated with the world. This beautiful, young lady named Mimmie was the unlucky one to assist me. WHAT A PLEASURE! She immediately realised I was not in the best of moods and went out of her way to make opening a new account run as smoothly as possible. By the time I was officially a new Capitec customer, she had me completely relaxed and in a good mood. I actually left the bank with a smile on my face! She was professional, helpful, knew her products and she had an amazing sense of humour. I sure wish there were more Mimmies in this world. Capitec, you have a real gem in that lady. Appreciate her.
