What a joke for a bank

Capiteci s the worst bank to bank with, you can't trust them to protect your money, i made a purchase on September last year using my card and now I'm being debited again for that purchase and they easily gave my money away without authorization from me the account holder, they've basically cleaned out my account without my permission, and again i had a problem last year where i purchase a kfc and the merchant didn't process the money but it was not corrected back to my account till date it's been over 5 months now. As far as i know a pin from me is needed to proceed with payments I'm failing to understand how could capitec pay out money from my accounts without me making that authorization. This people are ********** I'd advice anyone who wants to create an account not to think aboit it you'll be ****med the whole time and they'd have the nerve to tell you there's nothing they can do about it but they're supposed to be protecting your money by all means. What's painful is that money was savings that were supposed to go towards my upcoming baby and now i have nothing to my name whoever is still banking with them run away before they **** you off millions.
