what a good service

<p>few weeks back I wrote my story regarding a bad service I got from capitec bank at Gateway branch. I got an email from Nicole Jurie from the management team wanted to help. then advised me to go to any branch and will organise everything. I advised him will go to 320 Durban branch. </p> <p> </p> <p>He advised me to ask for the manager there Mphoh, the manager was so welcoming and told a consultant to assist me. then the consultant assisted me and advised me to come back the following day becouse she also needed to confirm employment, I went and it was already closed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I went there and I got my loan, I wanna thank the management team for getting involve and help me and also thanking Mphoh and her team for the service they gave me.</p>
