Westgate Mall branch Worst branch in mitchells plain ever, the consultants are so rude and unhelpfull, I entered the bank the first time they could not help me because I needed a letter of confirmation from home affairs because my surname changed, I went home got the letter second time I went back it was an issue because my hr manager was unavailable and the woman did not want to speak to our acting HR, she had an attitude with me since I entered the bank, very unfriendly and so unhelpful!!! No customer service s****s
