Went to withdraw a cash send at a capitec atm and apparently it didn’t have the correct notes,that was 09:18 am and at 10h17 the cash send was withdrawn at the same atm by someone else

Went to withdraw a cash send at a capitec atm and apparently it didn’t have the correct notes,that was 09:18 am and at 10h17 the cash send was withdrawn at the same atm by someone else.Capitec must refund me my money and tell me how that is possible
