<br> Would like to send a very BIG compliment to a young man working at your Yeoville branch. His name is Siya. I went there sick and not feeling well but suddenly felt better when I was attended to in a short space of time.<br> <br> Siya assisted me with receiving a new card because my other card was too old. He gave me my new banking details, explained security checks and processes that capitec puts in place in order to secure my details as a customer. He provided me with the balance in my account as I had requested.<br> <br> Not only that Siyabonga was warm, friendly, had a great smile and never failed to assist me with any questions I had asked.
