Well done Mike Carnival Capitec

I have previously had really bad experiences with Capitec, but here I am praising one of their representatives. there is a guy at Capitec Carnival that is always friendly, willing to help while still being professional, his name is Mike, I have been lucky enough to have dealt with him on Saturday 18th April, but I have seen before with other people, he makes a person feel important, he looks at you when you talking, I even saw him smile, which if you bank with Capitec you know is a rarity, as they always look like they heading for a funeral. He should be training all the representatives on how to retain clients. I really hope Capitec takes note of their outstanding representatives, and encourages all staff to be like Mike, it would make everyone's banking experience much much better.
