I would like to commend the two young dedicated employees of Capitec Bank Megacity, Mafikeng Branch, for their exceptional customer service. I have been to this branch on several occasions and I come out all smiles because of the warm, kind congenial attitudes of Ntate Olebogeng Sebate and Mme Mpho Mokgatle. I had to mention their names since i was fortunate enough to be assisted by them. I hope the management acknowledges such a rare personality. Good customer relations is such a scares s**** in South Africa as a whole.
