Well done capitec - you are on the ball

After dealing with many banks and personally banking for many years at capitec I must say that I am yet to be disappointed. FNB, ABSA, Nedbank and Standard Bank can all learn a thing or two from the way that Capitec staff deals with clients. Every time I have walked into any branch (and yes, in the past 2 months I have been inside a minimum of 5 different capitec branches) you get treated like you are the only customer in the bank. The "reception" staff always point you in the right direction and double check with you by letting you know what documentation you will need so you dont wait to see someone and then have to go back and forth. every time i been there the service was very friendly and you can get your banking done in less time it takes to go buy daily groceries.
