Well done Capitec Liberty Midlands Mall

I would like to thank Neil Pandaram, and the capitec consultant I know only as Stephenie from Capitec Liberty Midlands Mall. After making a claim on my funeral policy after my Father in law's passing, I noticed that a premium was deducted from the amount paid. I queried it with customer care but they, like every other customer care, escalated it...and promised to investigate it, but never ever got back to me. Valentine (who assisted me as much as he could) at customer care escalated it, but whoever handled it from there was of no help.THEY WERE HOPELESS!! I walked into Capitec Liberty Midlands Mall, and I was assisted by a consultant named Stephenie, who not only understood the problem, but also tried her best to make the lady from "Accounts", to whom she was speaking to on my behalf, understand that this was an error on Capitec's part because all my payments were made via Debit order. The HOPELESS IDIOT on the other end looked at the same info as Stephenie, but just couldn't understand what Stephenie was saying. She(the Lazy Lady on the other end of the line) Kept on making excuses as to why it was my fault. Stephenie called in her Branch Manager, Neil Pandaram, who also understood the problem and tried to explain it to the lady on the other end....But sadly it was hopeless. Neil Pandaram asked to speak to her team leader, but he was on another call. Neil and Stephenie took it upon themselves to help me. Without running back and forth as I had been, they sorted it out for me. I would like to thank Neil Pandaram and Stephenie for their efforts. If Capitec employs more people like Neil Pandaram and Stephenie, who actually investigate the matter, instead of the clowns that handle "escalated matters", and the idiots in their "accounts department", problems would be sorted out much faster. Congrats to Capitec Liberty Midlands Mall on Friendly and efficient service, and a speedy end to my problem. BRILLIANTLY HANDLED GUYS!
