Wear and tear-What a joke - I am paying them for providing bad quality cards.

The worst bank ever. From a Bank that advertised to be the cheapest, they are now the most expensive bank with inexperience employee. I have my bank card for less than 3months, it stays in my wallet as I mainly shop online. So when the chip in the card got faulty, the teller decided to still charge me for a new card as she informed me it is wear and tear. This for me was the most stupidest thing I could ever think of but to avoid wasting anymore time, I just shut my mouth and prayed to get out there. It is impossible to save with a bank like this.
