We where called ******* by a branch manager

I went to capitec with my boyfriend to open an account since he is not working I thought it would be easier as I have been using capitec for years, the treatment we received from the brach manager was disgusting, the guy literally shouted us in front of everyone outside telling us he is suspecting that we want to do *****, we asked how So? He said his colleagues said we look suspicious, and mind you he is not saying that in a civilized manner as the manager but shouting in front of everyone outside, I was embarrassed and hurt by the behaviour,is that how clients are being treated? Are we suppose to change banks now?how are going to refer other people to capitec if there are manager who speak to customers like this? And yes we where it helped as we where told to go we the went to Ghandi square and open an account there, but I want this guy to be dealt with I am not going to rest till this happens trust me.
