We Can't Bury Our Loved One Tomorrow Because Of Capitec

Capitec blocked my account because someone falsely reported my account and then went and called my other banks to also block my account. Capitec did their investigations and found out that the report was false and unblocked my account but did not bother to call the banks that they called to block my other accounts. We have a funeral tomorrow and money that was supposed to be used for the funeral is blocked in my Bidvest account and Bidvest says they are waiting for Capitec to let them know that they can unblock the account. I have been calling and emailing Capitec and they are sending me from pillar to post and now no one knows how to call Bidvest all of a sudden
