We are paying on a loan for 3 year now and we and the last 7month even while paying the amount don't go down it goes one month and up again the next month there is a bunch of idiots employed by capitec no one seems too know how too help us nor get back too us it's a f. ..king continuous run around because no one at capitec seems too know what the f...k they are doing and don't know anything how *********** and useless service is this so they can do as they please with people's accounts and money as they please and is way too *********** too sort the issue if the issue don't get resolved the we must just f....k keep on paying this is f....king bulls...t!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
