"We act Like we care, but we dont" (Capitec new slogan)

So I send an immediate payment to a friend of mine on Saturday 24 Feb 2024. Money left my account but never made it to my friends account (FNB). Capitec has been investigating since Monday 26 Feb till date with no feedback when I called for an update this morning. You are failing us now Capitec and you will loose me as a customer/ account holder.
