Way forward.

July 2022 my sister who is a travel agent had a written agreement with a group, whom I gave cencent to use my account. Unfortunately things did not go well between them as per thier agreement and because of that the group reported ********** and my account was closed. My sister and I went to the nearest branch to sort out the matter and we were told to bring an affidavit which we did. A few days later I went to the bank to find out if the matter was sorted and it was not . After my account was closed two payments were made in that account and now the bank is keeping those payments which has nothing to do with what was reported and while they are keeping it away from me they are accessing it because when I check on the whatsapp the amount that was in the account when it was being closed its not the same as now. I think it's only fair that they open the account and let them sort it out between themselves since they have a written agreement. Because when the group made a cancelation and released that they had to pay a cancelation fee that's when the reported. The two payments that was payed into my account was from sassa which I use to pay for my child's day care . So I really need those funds .

So I want to know what's going to happen now since no one is calling to ask questions on the matter. I also don't mind submitting that written agreement so that they can understand the matter further.
