Wasting my money

I have been trying to talk to your Forex department, which I have discovered is in Cape Town - I live in Johannesburg. Need to get some information from them - I was first given the 021 number from your call centre, (for which I pay full price for the call) - held on approx 15 minutes without getting to speak to anyone. I then phoned your call centre back and asked for the Share Call number so that I, hopefully, don't pay a fortune holding on for another 15 minutes. I called that number, the taped message finally stopped 'informing' me of your products, phone now ringing and I am assuming I am going to speak to someone. Only to get cut off. It would be better if you offer a ring-back service because telling me about how 'busy' you are does not prevent me from spending all my savings on unanswered calls to Capitec. Can someone from Forex please call me. Thank you.
