Waste of time

I have been a Capitec customer since 2014. Moved my main account to FNB a year and a half ago and opened a cheque account. I still have money going into the one Capitec savings account. Capitec has called to offer their access facilities. Eventually I move my salary back to Capitec in April and go see them today. After being there for over an hour, they say because my salary went into my one savings linked account and not the main card linked account they cannot assist?! Everything was approved, and it was ok to use my FNB statements, but you cannot use your own bank statement for one month? When I asked if I can then close the one account and make this savings linked account my main account, I was told no. Capitec can take money from the different accounts every month to cover bank charges on all the accounts but now this is a problem? It was still paid into a Capitec account! Now I apparently have to wait 4 months before I can apply again for access facilities? I do not get it… I was approved, I have been employed for many years, being with Capitec for many years, all was ok on the FNB statements but just because the last salary was paid into a Capitec savings account it cancels the whole thing? It is your own bank?! So I was either dubed in moving back to Capitec or you have double standards.
